　　11月19日消息，据国外媒体报道，微软CEO史蒂夫-鲍尔默日前表示，Linux侵犯了微软的知识产权。对股东而言，这是一个问题。

　　据zdnet网站报道，鲍尔默日前在接受采访时表示：“我们面临着一个问题，即GPL的运作模式。Linux来自社区，而并非某个公司。事实上，Linux使用了我们的知识产权，这对我们的股东而言是个问题。”

　　鲍尔默还称：“我们每年在研发领域投入的费用高达70亿美元，我们的股东希望我们能够保护知识产权，或者是通过授权来赢得经济利益。因此，我们需要从这些知识产权中获得利益。”

　　本月初，微软与Novell达成一致，微软将向Novell提供Suse Linux在Windows平台上运行的技术和支持服务。同时，微软同意不对Suse Linux可能涉及的侵权行为提起诉讼。

　　长期以来，包括Novell和红帽在内的Linux厂商一直是微软在操作系统市场的主要竞争对手。因此，微软此举也在一定程度上令人感动意外。但同时，微软也面临着来自客户的压力，很多用户都希望能够同时使用Windows和Linux两种系统。

　　对此，鲍尔默称：“这并不是独家合作协议，我们还将与红帽和其他Linux厂商签署类似合作协议。”据开源风险管理(OSRM)机构此前的一项研究成果显示，Linux有可能侵犯了283项专利权。
