其实就是按照自己的思路整理下，方便自己用，也方便大家.没啥技术含量，就是前些日子那下载速度叫我很是郁闷，后来更换了源，感觉很爽，刚装系统，需要更新哒，所以安装后速度配置好，节省很多时间.学习嘛，一天有所收获就好，慢慢来，也是新手呦~希望能有朋友多多指点，共同进步.
1.保证顺利连接互联网
2.打开终端.单击主菜单中的“应用程序 - 附件 - 终端”.
3.修改更新服务器列表.请在终端中执行下面的两条命令：
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list_backup（备份源列表）
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list （会打开文本编辑器，等待几秒会出现）
4.在打开的文本编辑器中，把看到的内容全部删掉，这一点很重要，很多网上文章没有写的很清楚（对于新手来说），至少当时我没有理解，在ubuntu论坛的wiki中有详细讲解.
5.选择合适的源，然后复制粘帖进去，保存.
6.更新软件包列表：sudo apt-get update
7.打开“系统->系统管理->更新管理器”，安装更新.完成后若系统提示重新启动，就重新启动系统.
具体是这个流程，我家北京网通512的ADSL.当初刚装ubuntu的时候，源是：

deb http://ubuntu.cn99.com/ubuntu-cn/ hardy main restricted universe multiverse
对于北京网通用户来说，这2个源确实不理想，速度才10K+/秒（我们家这样，别人也反应过很慢），后来用的是台湾的源，感觉很不错呦，可以达到70+k/秒.感觉还是满意的，而且也稳定.
中国台湾台湾大学更新服务器（推荐网通用户使用，比较完整，较少出现同步问题，我用的是这个源.：
