各位哥哥姐姐，小妹在用一个软件，这个软件只能在苹果机上运行，但程序源文件带一个“makefile”可以在Linux中运行生成一个可以在linux下运行的“程序名.exe”文件，我的操作系统是FC8. (刚学会安装F8)每次我运行这个makefile都是下面这句话。我不知道问题处在哪里？如果是makefile本身的编写问题，那应该怎么改。（不应该啊，这个软件是国际上很流行的一个生物应用软件。）

如果是这样的话，那你还是在root下运行吧。
或者你看看configure这个命令的路径是不是没有加在PATH环境变量中。

我还试过直接 ./configrue 也是说找不到命令！
还有我只装了F8，是不是还得装Fortran和g77这些编译器！

这是 Linux 不是 Windows,超级权限的使用是有严格控制的。

我只是再乱试。我是照着手册操作的。linux我一点不懂。您刚才说，“确定/usr/include 下有 makefile 需要的所有文件”，我把路径改到/tmp/下，并且把加压出来的makefile相关文件都复制到这个目录下。然后运行make还是不行！:0wl;l1
