xcompmgr deb包下载：http://packages.debian.org/experimental/x11/xcompmgr
然后sudo dpkg -i xcompmgr*.deb安装，完了编辑xorg.conf:
加入下面一段：
Section "Extensions"
Option "Composite" "Enable"
Option "RENDER" "Enable"
EndSection
保存退出，ctrl+alt+backspace重新登录X，打开一个terminal输入一下命令：
xcompmgr -Ss -n -Cc -fF -I-10 -O-10 -D1 -t-3 -l-4 -r4
如果没有当机和其他不正常情况的出现的话，那OKay，俺们就可以如愿的使用xcompmgr了。
阴影，淡入淡出效果不错，不用compiz fusion，俺们简简单单的爽一把就行了。
测试没问题了，接下来俺们就把刚刚那段命令拷贝到相应的文件当中，好让它自动随X启动，用startx启动X的就加在~/.xinitrc里面，像俺用openbox的就加到~/.config/openbox/autostart.sh里面去。
