vsftpd 外网访问 问题

系统为 redhat 4
局域网一切都正常
我将21与20端口映射到了外网
但是连不上,linux 的防火墙我已经禁了 路由的防火墙也禁了 路由上可以看到21端口有流量，就是20没流量
好象与什么主动与被动有关，baidu 找了好几天 看得头迷糊
现在我只想让外网能正常访问我的FTP 希望高手能帮我搞定下 谢谢
