1.Set CD-ROM to use linux.iso in host direct “Program Files\VMware\VMware Workstation”
2.Start Linux system in vmware and login
3.copy vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz which in linux.iso to your HDD
4.unzip file $tar zxf vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz
5.$sudo ./install.pl
6.Follow prompt to complete install. You can type enter or yes if you don’t know how to change
7.Then you can plug a file in linux system directly, just like copy file between different fold
Maybe you need restart your linux system
