Ubuntu下f95的安装

在编译最大熵工具时需要用到f95，找了半天才找见怎么安。

sudo apt-get install gfortran-4.0

或
sudo apt-get install gfortran

一个是 The GNU Fortran 95 compiler 4.0.1-3 ，一个是 The GNU Fortran 95 compiler 4.0.1-4ubuntu9，推荐用第1个。
