职位描述及要求
Overview:
The Server Team responsible for developing a scalable, multi-threaded server product is looking for an experienced, result-oriented senior software engineer. You will design, develop, test and maintain server software. You work independently and with other engineers to accomplish goals.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, implementation and debugging in a highly threaded Linux/UNIX environment
Handle Synchronization, Inter Process Communication, and BSD network development, on a daily basis
Add new features to a production code base
Develop High Level, and Low level Design Documents and Customer Documentation under the aid of a Technical Writer
Work hand-in-hand with core product developers, test team
Required Education and Experience:
5+ Years of Software development experience in C++
Strong BSD Socket development experience, with both TCP, and UDP protocols using C++
At least 2 years of development experience on either a Linux or UNIX platform
1 year of Java programming experience
Must have demonstrated ability to add new features to a large, complex, production code base
Experience in telephony call control and voice processing highly desired
Experience with telecommunication systems (switches, PBX, E1/T1 trunks, various telecommunications signaling protocols) a plus
Desired Qualifications:
Linux, or Solaris (UNIX) installation, and Administration experience
Clearcase and Clearquest experience
Kernel Building experience on Linux
Linux/Unix scripting experience
Experience with VoIP, SIP, RTP, RTCP, SNMP, Perl, and XML
Excellent written communication skills with expertise in Microsoft Word documentation
Good inter-personal skills, Team-oriented, willing to help others in the team
Attention to detail - thorough in accomplishing a task completely and accurately
