重启电脑后Oracle没有自动启动，在shell中输入以下命令：

[soft@localhost ~]$ dbstart

要关闭则输入“dbshut”。

该版本的“Enterprise Console”用网页管理，启动网页服务可输入以下命令：

[soft@localhost ~]$ emctl start dbconsole

停止则输入：

[soft@localhost ~]$ emctl stop dbconsole
