linux的终极武器，可以把任何windows IP抢过来：
开机，不要改IP，进入系统，然后ifconfig eth0:1 192.168.123.160，再route add default gw 192.168.123.254。
其中：
192.168.123.160改成你的IP。
192.168.123.154改成你的网关。
不要用DHCP。
arping -c 4 -s 211.83.152.26 -I eth0 211.83.153.254
其中
“-c 4”为发送的包数目，
“-s 211.83.152.26”为本机IP，
“211.83.153.254”为网关。
好象还有点用。
