LINUX 的 ftp上传怎么解决?

:0w223dc 我的ftp服务器安装在linux系统里面, 现在已经可以实现和windows系统的通讯,从windows中可以成功下载文件,但是我想从windows中的ftp客户端上传文件老是被拒绝,请大家指点下我?这是我的ftp配置文件 /etc/vsftpd.conf :
