通过googleearth-package生成Google Earth的deb安装包

　　今天和同学聊天，提到Google Earth，突然想装一个玩玩。于是在网上找到了google的APT源，想从源里面安装。添加源然后update后，直接输入sudo aptitude install google然后按了tab安装了一个叫googleearth-package的软件包，以为这个就是google的APT源里面下载的Google Earth。但是安装好后却没在菜单中找到Google Earth的选项。

　　从新立得中搜索这个软件包，才发现这个软件包的作用是从Google Earth的bin安装包创建deb包（不知道为什么，Google Desktop和Picasa的Linux版都有官方的deb包，就Google Earth没有）。难怪在安装这个软件包时会把fakeroot也安装上去。

　　废话不说，讲一下googleearth-package的使用方法。

　　sudo aptitude install googleearth-package

　　安装googleearth-package，然后执行

　　make-googleearth-package -file googleearth的bin安装包路径

　　我使用的台湾交通大学的源貌似更新不是很及时，当前最新版的googleearth-package不能正确识别最新版的Google Earth安装包的版本号，需要在后面加上一个-force选项。安装包的路径既可以是google网站的下载地址（http://dl.google.com/earth/client/current/GoogleEarthLinux.bin），也可以是下载后保存于本地的安装包。

　　生成的deb包保存于当前工作目录中。

　　PS一句，发现panoramio的服务器搬到国内了，在教育网能正常看到Google Earth中的网友上传的图片了，嘿嘿。
