今天十点多的时候下载完毕，进行快速安装，第一次安装完毕就不能正常设置adsl上网。
我不知道其他的fedord8 adsl上网是怎么设置的，我用fc6时，在命令行输入adsl -setup
一直设置下去，完毕adsl -start，就能上网了。
但是在fedora8输入adsl -setup告诉我cannot find command，弄了一天，发现pppoe -setup，好使，这是为什么啊、？一路设置完毕，pppoe -start 告诉我
3934 Terminated $CONNECT "$@" > /dev/null 2>&1
和用图形设置的报错情况一样，我真是弄不明白了，重装pppoe告诉我卸载就安不上了，安的过程一切正常就是install是假的。
郁闷，你们觉得这是怎么回事，难道某个地方有错误，还是我机器不兼容？？着急啊

我的不用啊，我没出现过你们所说的问题，我用的是图型化的设置，即：系统－＞管理－＞网络。新建个XDSL，设置就不用说了。
然后开机自动联网，没出过总题了。

DVD光盘安装，安装时定制安装，打了所有的钩（也就是装了所有的包）
我没用命令行，用的图形界面
装好以后，就是“系统”－－》“管理”－－》“网络”
然后（9楼的图）“新建”-->"xDSL" 以后的设置就不用我说了吧

启动拨号：pppoe start
停止断网：pppoe stop
我就试了试 （这时候没删除默认的连接） 结果不行 用pppoe start命令的时候 出现乱码
我又重新用pppoe-setup命令从头到尾弄了下 用pppoe start还是乱码 结果到睡觉时间了 就睡觉了
今天早上起来 进入系统 －－管理－－网络 既然发现有3个连接 一个是 本来的默认的eth0 下面有两个 （是我后来用命令加上的 命令中

这一步 虽然你输入eth0 但是好像还是新建了连接）
发现问题 于是立刻删除三个连接 进入控制台 用pppoe-setup命令（注意：请用root帐号 不然好像提示脚本错误 提示你 需要有root权限）
过程昨天一样
但是 过程中会有其他两个选项：1是 问你是否开机自动连接 我选的是yes
2是 问你是否允许其他帐号修改连接 我选的是 yes
剩下的和上面的一样 设置好adsl帐号和密码就ok了 设置完毕后 （我没用pppoe staart命令嗯 默认是设置完毕后自动激活的 ） 系统－－管理 －－网络 会发现 eth0已经处于激活状态了 ！！！！！打开 firefox 哦也！好了
我是linux超级新手一个（昨天才知道怎么进控制台 才知道ctrl+alt+f1了以后怎么“变”回来 别笑我阿） 希望这点经历对那些还没有设置好的人有所帮助！！

第一次在家使用Linux，安装了fedora7，由于家里上网是adsl上网，所以，网络设置跟在单位的局域网上网不一样，
在网上找了很多资料设置在fedora上通过adsl上网，不管是命令行设置，还是图形界面上的网络设置，均上不了网。

我想会不会又是这个原因呢。好，开始实验：
启动xxbasexx的fedora启动选项。进入网络设置，用图形化界面设置网络。添加了eth0，和Xdsl。以后，激活！均激活了，打开网页，输入某个网址，ok，可以上网了。
果然，我的猜想是正确的！真是一通百通啊。
他是怎么修复的啊
