河南网通linux下pppoe拨号

我的使用心得，希望对河南的朋友有用：此方法适合所有发行版，我的平台为FC5。

A:前奏

1、在XP下，用河南网通客户端登录，用任务管理器器结束racer进程，在网络连接里找到rwpppoe,属性-选项，选择，连接时显示、提示名称 这2个选项，之后断开连接，再拨号，将用户名复制下来，之后删除这个连接，新建连接，用户名就写复制下来的，密码不变。

B:正式开始

2、得到rp-pppoe-3.8.tar.gz，解压。

3、进入rp-pppoe-3.8目录，进入src目录

4、执行 ./configure 之后安提示make make install adsl-setup

5、出现>>> Enter your PPPoE user name : （输入你在xp下抄写的你的宽带账号）

6、>>> Enter the Ethernet interface connected to the ADSL modem
For Solaris, this is likely to be something like /dev/hme0.
For Linux, it will be ethn, where 'n' is a number. (default eth0):
输入 eth0 ,或直接回车，这是ADSL相连的网卡的名字

7、 >>> Enter the demand values (default no):
输入 no ,或直接回车，

8、>>> Enter the DNS inFORMation here:
输入DNS: 202.102.224.68 回车

9、>>> Enter the secondary DNS server address here:
输入DNS：202.102.227.68 回车

10、>>> Please enter your PPPoE password:
输入密码

11、>>> Please re-enter your PPPoE password:
第二次输入密码

12、>>> Choose a type of firewall (0-2):
输入 0 回车

13、>>> Accept these settings and adjust configuration files (y/n)?
输入Y, 保存配置信息，输入N,重新配置信息。

14、之后就可以通过pppoe-start 登录了，短暂的............等待，出现提示 ... Connected! ，即为登录成功。通过pppoe-stop 断开连接，pppoe-status查看状态。

到此刻你就尽情的上网吧。
