网上说原因是vmmon文件没有被修改，需要下载一个vmware-any-any-update包。
sudo vmware-install.pl到
Before
running VMware Server for the first time, you need to configure it by
invoking the following command: “/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl”. Do you
want this program to invoke the command for you now? [yes]
时输入no,退出
cd ../vmware-any-any-update && runme.pl
一路enter就可以了。
