你的系统没有GTK，安装一个GTK就可以了。GUI必须要GTK才能运行。
还有一点，自己编译完后，要在~目录里的./mplayer/config文件里加上几句话才能启动

configure的最后提示：
'make' will now compile MPlayer and 'make install' will install it.
Note: On non-Linux systems you might need to use 'gmake' instead of 'make'.
提示应该用gmake，我用的是1.0RC1。
