大家好，因为我用的是教育网，所以必须要有瑞捷认证才能上网，我把以前在Ubuntu6.10下用的瑞捷上网客户端两个文件拷到新装的系统下，于是瑞捷认证成功，可惜就是不能打开网页，无法访问互联网。我ping网关，可以ping通；ping我们学校主页www.zzu.edu.cn,返回的信息时“unknown the host www.zzu.edu.cn",我上网找了好多资料，也没有解决，不知道为什么，希望大家帮忙解决。补充：我的DNS设置没有错误，用我们学校自己的DNS。
