GitLab 8.15.3 发布了。

此版本没有迁移，应该不需要任何停机时间。
请注意，默认情况下，Omnibus 程序包将停止，运行迁移并重新启动，无论升级是多么“大”或“小”。可以通过添加 /etc/gitlab/skip-auto-migrations 文件来更改此行为。
