NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) 是一个专业开源的制作 windows 安装程序的工具。
NSIS 3.0 配备了可选的Unicode支持，仍然适用于Windows的不同版本，支持 Windows 10，并添加了很多其他的小功能和修复。
