ReSharper C++ 2016.1.1.
In terms of C++, this update adds support for Boost.Test 3.0 (in addition to version 3.1 supported in the initial 2016.1 release) and makes the Boost.Test runner more stable (RSCPP-16821, RSCPP-16760, RSCPP-16767);
allows creating C- enumerators from usage (RSCPP-16809); brings live templates back into code completion (RSCPP-16087);
fixes an issue which could cause incorrect resolve of relative include directories (RSCPP-16703).
