招Linux工程师的要求，体会一下

今天在网上看到某公司招聘Linux工程师提出的Job Requirements，整理下，当作自己的方向参考吧。

1. BS (minimum) or MS (preferred) in CS, EE, or Computer Engineering

2. at least 3 years working experience in software industry ;

3. fluent in C, C++ programming, perl, Unix shell languages, Tcl, HTML;

4.good knowledge in computer algorithms and data structures;

5.experience in developing and supporting large-scale (million-line) software project, including understanding usage model, writing functional specification, designing and implementing the code, testing, documentation, and customer support ;

6. working experience in managing source code revision control, integration and configuration is a plus;

7. good English verbal and written communication skills;

8. self-motivated and willing to learn new skills and work on various projects.
