Coordinate Reference System 对象支持Geographic Markup Language(GML) 3.2 (ISO 19136) ，除了 DerivedCRS, ConcatenatedOperation and PassThroughOperation.
支持Mercator,Transverse Mercator,Lambert Conic ConformalandPolar stereographicmap projections
