DNF 1.1.0发布，Python包管理工具

DNF (Dandified Yum) 是基于 YUM 和 libsolv 的 Python 包管理工具。DNF 使用 RPM, libsolv 和 hawkey 进行 包管理；使用 librepo 进行元数据处理和包下载；使用 libcomps 处理 comps 数据。

DNF 1.1.0 发布，更新内容如下：

添加以下 API：

:meth:`dnf.Base.do_transaction` now accepts multiple displays.

Introduced install_weak_deps :doc:`configuration ` option.

Implemented strict :doc:`configuration ` option.
