OWebl 是一个开源的 OCaml 的 Web 框架。
OWebl 0.2 发布，此版本开始使用其他库来实现一些必要的功能，也开始开发 Recore 库，希望能提供一个更高级别的 API 给用户。同时还引入了 OSTD，这个库包括计划引入的所有标准模板特性。同时也引入了 Humps 文件的规范。
此外，此版本提高了可阅读性。

Added manditory cache headers (Cache-Control and Last-Modified) to files served.
If-Modified-Since header is in the pipeline
Removed template root directory from file and template responses
Added support for many file mime types
Began moving API calls to camel-case
Transitioned from Utils module to Recore
Switch from template markers ` to beginning and end markers "{{" and "}}"
