linux 开机问题求助

求助linux大神们，Ubuntu系统开机后卡在了stopping mount network filesystems 阶段，最后一次关机前没有进行不良操作，网上的重新安装Ubuntu桌面的方法无效,命令不能用，求不重装系统修复的方法，系统里面挺多重要的资料.
