Pyinsane 1.3.6发布，Python扫描仪操作

Pyinsane 1.3.6 修复了对 Python 3 支持的 bug，同时保留 scanner.options[].value 行为的一致性。

Pyinsane 是 Sane API (使用ctypes) 和抽象层的纯 Python 实现。支持 Python 2.7 和 3.x，要求 Pillow 和 libsane 支持。
