A bug with restoring correct file times on Windows clients was fixed.
False failure notifications were fixed by differentiating between not getting a lock and getting an error when trying to get a lock.
Excessive logging was disabled on some restores.
Debian packaging changes were made.
An encryption casting problem on 64-bit big endian platforms (e.g. s390x, ppc64, sparc64) was fixed
