xine has been replaced with a newly-developed playback engine (supporting Vorbis, Opus, FLAC, MP3, and MP4)
Long-running operations (import/sync) are now performed in the background, instead of blocking the application with a busy dialog
A podcast manager has been added to manage RSS subscriptions
This release improves the album view with larger album covers and improves performance
A file browser view has been added to play files directly from disk.
