You can limit the number of pages generated in the output PDF file. It allows you to specify how many pages are generated when converting an Excel spreadsheet to PDF file format.
Retrieving External Data Sources’ Details is a useful feature if you want to read out SQL connection data. This may include any or all types of data that are required to establish a connection with SQL Server, e.g. the server’s URL, username, underlying table name, SQL query, query type, the location of the table, etc
