Apache Traffic Server 4.1.2发布。2013-10-14 squid varnish之外的代理服务器选择。这是之前yahoo开发并使用的，并入到Apache中。taobao用的很多。上个版本是2013-10-14的4.0.2 遗留产品线3.2.5/3.0.5 此版本基本是Bug修正，也有功能增强。
