POSITION: Software Engineer (Wireless Networks Optimization Software Designer)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you interested in join an excellent team who develops wireless network optimization software for global customers? We are looking for experienced, technically skilled software engineers to:

1. Work in agile project team to design and implement large scale network optimization software.
2. Customer requirement analysis, technical support, and research on new technologies.
3. Compose design document, investigate change request, solve issues, support to other teams.
4. Work closely with global team to support customers for successful network deployment and upgrade
5. Mentor junior engineers，share of knowledge to others.

REQUIREMENT:
We are looking for software designers to work in our agile project team. The basic qualifications are:
1. BS. (or above) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas
2. At least 3 years experience in SW development on Linux or Unix platform.
3. Proficient in Java or C++, XML, OOP;
4. Rich experience on database programming. Expert of at least one of the 3 DBMS: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server;
5. Familiar with at least one kind of scripts programming, e.g. Linux or Unix Shell, Python, Perl, etc.
6. Experience on Wireless network management and network optimization will be an important plus.
7. Strong skill and abilities on complex technical issues solving. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
8. Fluent in spoken and written English.
