MKVToolNix 6.3.0 发布了，mkvtoolnix (又叫Matroska toolkit)，是一套功能强大的mkv(Matroska)格式制作和处理的工具，支持将多种视频、音频、字幕等格式封装成mkv格式。mkvtoolnix新版本提供了安装程序。

MPEG programs streams with broken PES structures are now handled better.
WAV extraction and FLV reading has been fixed for certain edge cases.
--fix-bitsteam-timing-information has been fixed for framed AVC/h.264 sources.
Using --default-duration while appending AVC/h.264 tracks has been fixed.
The GUI will store its settings in an ini file if it hasn't been installed on Windows, making it truly portable.
The GUI will remember window positions and sizes.
A Portuguese translation has been added.
