Development Manager（软件开发经理）



Responsibilities:
1. Manage the technical design, development, testing, and deployment aspects of the software development lifecycle of all our internal development projects.
2. Directly manage the development and quality assurance teams.
3. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation plans.
4. Responsible for maintaining and continually improving our software development process.
5. Responsible for the support and maintenance of our internal software applications, bug fixing, and issue management


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in Information Technology or related field
3. Deep technical expertise with both SQL Server, .Net, C#, QA testing technologies

4. More than 5 years relevant work experience. Minimum 3 years experience in team management and software development projects
5. Strong English Written and Oral skills

6. Strong analytical mind and structured approach to problem solving





Software Architect（软件架构师）



Responsibilities:
1. Lead or participant in architecting and designing software for various projects, making specific recommendations to meet the business needs.
2. Work closely with both the MIS management team as well as our internal Senior Management team in evaluating current software development tools, platforms, and techniques and make recommendations on future development and continuous improvement.
3. Stay abreast of technology trends in order to introduce industry leading practices and technologies that support the continued development of strategic business capabilities.
4. Coach others on software architecture development, architecture patterns, and common tools to ensure the continuous development of the development.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Major in computing science or related field.

3. Expert knowledge of software modeling tools and methodologies, extensive knowledge in software architecture development.
4. More than 7 years relevant work experience. Minimum 5 years experience in software development and experience in system requirements analysis, design, architecture, and development.

5. Proficient English skills (verbal and written)

6. Innovative approach to problem solving.
