CentOS 6.4 即将发布，届时会包含server CD

CentOS 6.4 即将正式发布，包含hyper-v支持，samba4，php-fpm，keepalived，haproxy 等新软件包和一些列增强。

在ISO镜像发行方面，除了传统的CD，DVD，LiveCD，netinstallCD 和minimal CD，之外，还将包含一个server CD，官方称之为 Light Weight Server image，镜像命名为CentOS-6.4-x86_64-LWServer.iso 。

server CD 将提供一个类似于debian/ubuntu 的 tasksel 界面，可以选择服务器角色，比如dns，ftp，dhcp等。

据我所知，CentOS 4.7/4.8 的时候，官方曾提供过server CD，centos 5 之后就莫名的消失了。

The aim of the Light Weight Server image is to provide the software needed to install typical servers. Most notable it includes the packages needed to create the following type of servers: database, dhcp, DNS, ftp, ipsec, mail, print, PPP, rsyslog with support for logging into a database, samba, tomcat, web with support for databases and SSL. Also included are mrtg, an extensive amount of perl modules, webalizer and wireshark.
After the installation is complete, please run "yum update" in order to update your system.
This image is designed to be burned onto a CD. You then boot your computer off the CD.
