知名外资公司招聘Staff Cloud Engineer
工作地点上海张江。面试流程2轮电话+1轮on-site。英文口语一定要好，如果是local公司的，技术很好的前提下，英文能沟通就ok。
完全侧重在云计算底层的技术，比如KVM以及Performance tuning的方向。

1, 持续的linux Kernal的开发经验是必须的
2, KVM的调优经验或者linux kernel的调优经验是big plus

职责：因为该公司的底层技术选型已经差不多了，所以这个人过来目前会以performance tuning为主，不断调优，开发，调优。目前team就安排这一个人做这个事情，纯technical的role。另外他们以后会跟linux社区合作，碰到问题可能会通过社区的方式解决，所以也希望候选人是活跃在这些社区的。

We need an expert of linux and kvm that can help to adopt kvm in ebay. He should be the “go-to” person of kvm and linux. Moreover, we also want to contribute our enhancement or initiative back to the community of openstack, kvm and linux.

Responsibility:
1. Benchmark and Standardize KVM Tech Stack.
2. Performance profiling, tuning and troubleshooting of KVM.
3. Integrate KVM with OpenStack.
4. Enhance KVM Manageability.
5. Be Guru of KVM & Linux Kernel.

Requirements:
Proven track record and at least 3 years of experience for Linux kernel development or related
Strong C programming skill and algorithm development skill
Strong Linux kernel programming and debugging skill, with experience in any of the following components: virtual memory management, process scheduling, networking, synchronization, virtual file system, etc.
Established community relationships & reputation
Problem analysis expertise both in defect and performance issue resolution

We prefer candidates with:
Passion on Linux kernel development
Experience in open source community
Knowledge of software development methodologies, Linux design and architecture
Knowledge of x86 architecture
