Apache Struts 2.3.8 GA发布

Apache Struts 2.3.8 GA 在去年12月22日就已发布，这是一个小改进版本，详情请看http://struts.apache.org/2.x/docs/version-notes-238.html。同时 Struts 重新设计了其官方首页，完全采用基于 Bootstrap 框架建设（话说这 Bootstrap 是越来越流行）
