turbolinux下U盘的问题

系统是turbolinux
执行“usb-storage"命令后。发现U盘（格式是NTFS的）：

vendor:aigo rev:1.00
attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi0,channel 0 ,id o,lun 0
scsi device sda:1007616 512-bytehdwr sectors
sda:write protect is off

但是使用fidsk检查分区是出现以下语句（只是一部分，hda部分的分区表正常）

partition 1 has different physixal/locical beginnings(non_linux?)

partition 1 has different physixal/locical endings

问题一：出现以上的语句是什么意思，是不是U盘的格式NTFS在linux下不认？

此时U盘应该已经被认了，可是当我使用”mount -t ntfs /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb"挂接时，又出现另一问题：

I/O error:dev 08:00 ,sector 0
NTFS:unable to read boot sector
mount:wrong fs type,bad option,bad superblock on /dev/sad. or too many mounted file systems

问题二：这又是什么原因，和问题一的原因一样吗？
