终端邮件发送程序SendmailViaSMTP 10.09新版修正了crontab不能正常工作的bug。
修正上述错误的同时，两个副产品：
增加--log选项，可生成日志信息，方便分析故障原因。具体选项同python标准logging模块：debug, info, warning, error, critical
调整了优先级：--file, --content, pipe模式。
