我是symantec中国研发中心的员工,由于部门发展很快,目前北京和成都研发中心都有部分职位空缺。
公司工作氛围宽松,管理人性化,薪酬和福利有竞争力。现面向软件行业两年以上工作经验从业者进行招聘。

总的说来,软件开发一般要求计算机相关专业毕业,两年以上大型软件开发经验,精通C/C++或Java。
软件测试需要熟悉自动化测试流程和软件发布流程,有2年以上大型软件测试经验,能熟练使用Perl等脚本语言。

Title: Software Engineer

Development in research area.
Candidate must have strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

Title: Sr Software Engineer

Title: Tech Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
This is primarily a phone support position. The Support Engineer functions as a member of the Global Technical Services Organization, addressing technical product questions or resolving technical problems. The Support Engineer has two primary responsibilities. First and foremost is to ensure that Symantec customers receive professional and helpful responses to their support requests. This may include being assigned to a high-profile or high-risk customer, or to a customer who implements Symantec products in an extremely large or complex computing environment. Second, is to continually participate in building the capability and capacity of the Technical Services Organization. Responds to inquiries from corporate MIS customers, resellers, partners, consultants, development and/or maintenance teams via telephone, electronic services. Ensure that all communications will be handled promptly, professionally and courteously. Gathers and records detailed information from customers to assist in problem identification and resolution, exercises independent thinking in trouble resolution skills. Resolves escalated complex customer issues in a timely fashion. Collects information related to product enhancement requests as well as fully documenting software problems from customers. Works on various projects such as writing documentation, training of other employees, conducting research on customer problems and other duties to directly related to supporting customers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years experience in network or security industry -- Previous knowledge of any of core Symantec products.
• Experience in a high volume/support environment.
• Knowledge of Server hardware.
• Demonstrated strong customer service/support skills such as active listening, good verbal and written communication.
• Able to multi-task across several open cases and manage and priorities own time.
• Accustomed to conducting research to find answers to questions and solutions to problems from various sources.
• Evidence of establishing technical credibility with a wide range of customer contacts with the ability to modify behavior/approach to suit customer interaction.
• Ability to provide Coaching/Knowledge Transfer Ability.

Title: Sr Tech Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Senior Support Engineer has an understanding of all Symantec products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. The individual is highly experienced in multiple platforms and completes assigned duties with minimal direction from Technical Services Leadership. Routinely acts independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues. Sought by others to provide specialty knowledge in problem solving. Routinely monitors and develops electronic content to enable customer self-sufficiency.

The Sr. Tech Support Engineer has three primary responsibilities
- Ensure that Symantec customers receive professional and helpful responses to their service requests.
- Continually participate in building the capability and capacity of the technical support organization.
- Make contribution to the development and improvement of Symantec products.

Organizational Position:
This is primarily an advanced frontline phone support position with additional research done to investigate customer issues. It could also be an entry level backline position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-6 years experience in network or security industry
- Proficient at multiple platforms and applications
- Possess various industry recognized certifications - MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISA, RHCE, RHCT and etc…
- Written and verbal communication skills on Mandarin/English
- Work independently - proficient at customer handling, negotiation, priority setting and time management
- Well rounded understanding of Symantec products and in-depth knowledge of a subset of products is preferred

Title: Sr. Customer HUB Agent

Responsibilities:
The Global Customer Hub (GCH) acts as the first point of contact for Symantec Enterprise Customers seeking technical support. Answering incoming phone calls from Thailand and some of the other regions, each HUB Agent is responsible for routing them correctly based on the customer request and provides low level support by answering basic technical and general questions for the customer. The HUB Agent is in place to provide first level quality customer service, resulting in 100% customer satisfaction the 'very first time around'. Responsibilities mainly include answering incoming calls and emails from Enterprise (business-to-business) customers, quickly establishing customer requirements and thereby advising the customer on the best solution to their issue. Each HUB Agent takes responsibility towards specific language queues and adheres to defined service level agreements. Where appropriate, customers are routed to the relevant departments. A strong focus lies on filtering incoming calls to Enterprise Technical Support, depending on the customer's technical support entitlement. This also includes selling support when appropriate. A wide range of procedural questions for internal and external customers are answered directly by the team, proactively following up on customer cases in order to ascertain customer satisfaction and exceeding customers' expectations. Doing so, the team adheres to process documentation to ensure consistency and quality. All representatives proactively share knowledge and disseminate information to team members on a local and global basis. They constantly use customer feedback to assist in improving Symantec products and procedures, as well as the team's services and work processes.

Qualifications:
Tri-lingual speakers with the ability to speak and write the following languages - Thai (native or near-native), Mandarin and English. Excellent communication skills, in particular excellent telephone manner and excellent business writing skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Internet and web based functions.
