Job Description
- Overseeing incident management process and ensuring best industry practices are adopted.
- Oversee the complete network environment and if necessary drill down on certain aspects in the network, this can be firewall, router, DNS, Proxy or VPN.
- Analyze/debug, configure, implement and update the different aspects of connectivity: IPSec, routing, security, load balancing, VPN, and solve problems with those components.
- Read, configure, debug, implement and update firewall rules.
- Cooperate with and support AT&T department in troubleshooting network incidents and follow up to resolution.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Critical skills:
1.Networking skills, CCNA, CCNP, CCDA preferred.
2. System administration skills (Good understanding of Linux like environments)
3. Network modeling and architecture knowledge.
4. Excellent English communications skills.
5. Ability to learn and be competent with new or none popular technologies.
Nice to have:
? RHCE certification
? CISSP certification
? CCNA, CCNP, CCDA certifications
Required

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Network Configuration
Certified in CCNA/CCNP/CCDA
English: Fluent
Preferred
Information Technology
At least 5 years experience in Network Configuration
Certified in CISSP
Certified in CCIE
