自动化测试，Java+脚本 有存储方面的知识最好
主要要开发一个测试框架， 所以对于java coding要求比较多
Qualifications / Requirements:
o BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree. Masters is preferred
o 资深6+ years software industry experience，senior:3+ years

Essential Knowledge/Skills:
o Strong Java programming skills
o Experience with shell, Perl, Python
o Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
o Proven understanding of design principles and best practices for software development
o Familiarity with use of source control management systems (e.g. CVS, Clearcase/UCM, Subversion desired)
o Familiarity with tools for defect tracking, test case tracking (e.g. Bugzilla, ClearQuest, Version 1, etc).
o Ability to analyze defect and test case metrics and report results to management.
o Must be capable of adhering to project schedules and effectively tracking progress to meet challenging deadlines
