Position Accountabilities:
? Providing service to internal and external customers through application development and
delivery throughout all phases of IT projects
? Being the IT contact for Logistics system development projects and for support activity
escalation
? Facilitating operational support related to Logistics IT systems with periodic updates on high
priority tickets as outlined in support SLA
? Becoming an SME on the software, hardware and solutions within the Logistics IT system
scope
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
? Extensive knowledge in SQL 2000 & 2008, Transact SQL, ASP (classic), web technologies /
concepts, databases especially transaction processing, database design techniques.
? Exceed WMS Development
? Jupiter RF Development
? EDI Messaging Development
? Ability to grow into other technical areas as directed
? Basic knowledge of batch processing, MS DOS batch scripts
? Equivalent combination of Education and experience
? Extensive training/exposure to Warehouse & Transport Management Systems
