Position Accountabilities:
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Setting up and maintaining control and documentation procedures
- Perform quality checks on applications based on test scripts
- Create test scripts for system testing
- Provide training on Shared Service Centre policies, procedures, processes,
communication skills, support tools and company products and services
- Ensure all defined procedures, processes and documentation are followed
- Maintain a central document and test case repository and ensure key knowledge is kept
up-to-date
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum IT College Degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years IT experience
- Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and
execution
- Experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments
- Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: unit,
integration, regression, user interface, end2end automated testing
- Experience in developing and executing manual and automated test scripts
- Must be able to communicate in written and oral English
- Some travel may be required
- Experience in web application testing
