主要是基于X86平台开发的
responsibilities
• take technical leadership in team consisting of senior software engineers and software engineers for unified storage management to provide innovative solutions.
• mentor senior software engineers and software engineers.
• work with local members and remote us stakeholders towards team goals
• will be responsible for hands-on feature delivery as an individual contributor.
• work on all aspects of system software implementation, such as requirement, design, development, testing and maintenance.
• will handle multiple problems with good time management.
• offer changes/suggestions to processes and products with acute insight on the technologies and process

education and experience:
• big picture thinking with a wide angle view from system engineering perspective
• abilities to effectively work with and lead a team of senior members and to influence others
• deep knowledge in operating system internals, such as linux and windows
• strong c/c++ and multi-thread programming in kernel and user mode
• familiar with linux/windows debug tools and well-versed in kernel and user mode debugging skills
o memory corruption
o core dump analysis
• strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills both in chinese and english
• experience with agile development process
desired skills
• experience in device driver development within the popular operation system, windows/linux kernel driver development highly desirable
• experience in storage raid and cache development desirable
• knowledge of san (storage area networks) or nas (network attached storage) desirable
