Principal/Senior Software Engineer (Kernel Software Engineer)

Job Description
This candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Linux kernel for DDR storage appliance.
Job responsibilities include
o Develop and maintain Linux kernel components

Requirements
o MS in computer science or similar field
o Experience with Linux kernel development
o Experience in Operating System development
o Strong system level programming and debugging skills in C and scripting
o Overall system software development and optimization experience
o Highly motivated, strong written and verbal communication skills
o Works well with cross-functional teams to drive entire product life cycle development
