下一版本的Android OS ----Jelly Bean

明显还有几个月才发布，Google 却已经有了关于下一个Android版本的相关计划。它的代号将是“Jelly Bean”（软心豆粒糖），同样遵循了Android之前版本代号首字母按字母表升序的规则（如Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich）。版本应该是'Android 5.0'，据Google工程副总裁Hiroshi Lockheimer的一则评论：“Android 4 之后将会是5，不过我们还没公布时间，时间正在斟酌当中。它背后仍然有很多的工程性任务；如何定一个好的时间同样是个问题。”

It will be called "Jelly Bean", which follows the alphabetic naming monikers previous such as Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich. The version will likely be 'Android 5.0', according to a comment made by Hiroshi Lockheimer, Google VP of engineering, who stated "After Android 4 comes 5, and we haven’t announced the timing yet, which we’re still sorting out. There’s a lot of engineering work behind it still, and there’s also just the question of how to time it"
