Job Responsibility
Design and develop SW modules for our advanced DSL gateway product.
Should be able to implement features for networking management (OMS), web development (web UI for device management) and other related modules of the gateway product.
Quickly learn new technology and create optimized implementations.
Participate in Design and Code Reviews
Be involved in the functional requirements and prepare supporting design specification documents
Create structure design and detail design documents. Actively involved in customer specific programs and make these a success story.
Perform testing with technical peers and functional end users to ensure successful launch of development projects
Provide adequate and timely weekly status reporting on assigned tasks
Job Requirement
Mandatory Skills
Master or bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, computer science or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Telecommunication R&D product development.
Solid mastery of TCP/IP, C/C++, Unix based environments
Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs, services, and libraries
Familiar with protocol development (TCP/IP, TR069/TR98, DHCP, IGMP)
Strong Embedded Linux application development/debugging skills
Good understanding of real-time operating system concepts
Familiar with Linux kernel, file system

At least 3 years C language development
Skillset Required for Web development (requirement: 4): 以下只要满足4条即可
Master HTML4.01/HTML5

Master one of PHP/Perl/python/ASP/JSP or some server-side Script
At least 2 years web development
At least 2 years C language development
Willing to work at customer location
Optional Skills
RTOS development experience a plus
IPC
Database knowledge, MySQL/SQLite
Good understanding on Layer 2 (Data Link) protocols is a plus
Work experience on ClearCase, ClearQuest, Eclipse
Good understanding on Java development is a plus
Telecom Background is a plus
General Skills
Self-starter, detail oriented, and ability to work under pressure and short timelines.
Good problem solving skills will be added advantage
Should have positive thinking and willing to help team on technical issues like analyzing the logs, conducting the tests, reviewing the doc/code, etc.
