1月17日消息，微软公司发布了一份文件表示，Windows 8 UEFI安全启动功能的运用暗示了：基于ARM系统以提供的操作系统，包括平板电脑与笔记本电脑，将不能运行任何第三方操作系统。
当微软公司指出将通过强制性的手段推广运用安全启动功能，该功能要求任何的启动时间代码都要通过一个关键词以进行数字签名，微软这一关于UEFI安全启动功能的计划在去年年底得到了一些关注。该公司看上去是指望锁定诸如GNU/Linux等第三方操作系统。
然而，微软公司很快发表声明以表示回击，在声明中，微软公司直截了当地说明了，原始设备制造商们（OEMs）将会为购买者提供禁用UEFI安全启动模式的手段，该手段将使得购买者可以运用非数字签名的操作系统。不幸的是，看起来微软公司在其声明中遗漏了一个关键点，那就是基于ARM的操作系统并没有被包括在内。
根据微软公司关于Windows 8的最新的认证要求文件显示，那些不基于ARM操作系统的，传统的桌上型电脑与笔记本电脑将允许存在一种自定义模式，该模式使得用户可以阻止UEFI安全启动模式的运行。如此一来，如果制造商们想要将Windows的标示贴上其产品的话，那些基于ARM操作系统的平板电脑与低能笔记本电脑在将来就必须拥有此种功能。

记者在采访过程中一直用普通话与其交流，也存在沟通不畅。对方似乎听不太懂汉语，其汉语发音又带有生硬的外国腔调。“不论是从外表来看，还是从言谈举止来观察，吕哲明都很像是日本人。他走路的姿势和坐姿还有跟人交谈时的样子，都很有规矩的，很有礼节。”见过他的人这样描述。

“有几种可能。一是年代太久，吕照雄的原籍记录已经不存在了。二是吕哲明说谎，他没有说出真实信息。三是真的是时间太长，记录遗失了。”有人推测。
“我们没有相关法规来处理这种情况。”有关负责人表示。本来按照规定，救助站收留救助的都是无家可归的流浪汉，每个人不能进出救助站超过两次，每次只能停留十天。但是吕哲明的情况却让救助站破了例，但这样不是长久之计。

自称是日本人的吕哲明怎么会困居广州10年？其中有何曲折？昨天，记者在广州市救助站见到了在此居住4年之久的吕哲明。“我想回家”，他向记者表明了强烈的愿望。

要寻找其真实身份，语言是个很大的障碍。吕哲明告诉记者，从2002年后，他一直都在学说中国话，日语已经忘得差不多了。救助站曾经请来会日语的志愿者，但还是无法沟通。据志愿者描述，吕哲明说的话经常是牛头不对马嘴，答非所问。

现在最大的谜团是吕哲明根本无法交代2002~2008年期间他在何处，在做什么。2008年之后，他倒是一直在救助站里呆着，但之前一片空白。
吕哲明表示希望有人能帮助他返乡，但是有效信息太少，这个落魄的流浪汉现在白天在街头流浪，晚上回救助站睡觉。
举止颇有礼节

“2008开始，他先是几天过来一趟，现在基本上天天呆在这里。”工作人员说，吕哲明的身体状况和精神越来越差，救助站曾介绍他到专科学校做日语助理，但他一心想回日本不愿工作。今年，他患上了继发性肺结核，救助站将他送往医院救治，如今病情好转，但是身体更显虚弱。

昨日，吕哲明告诉记者，现在他每天都出去转转，觉得站里太闷。站里负责人表示，现在他也愿意出来工作了，但是已经没有单位愿意要他了，“因为他没有任何证件，属于典型的‘黑户’。”

吕哲明说，他想回日本，想回家。他很配合记者的采访，但苦于无人能完全明白他所说的话。他说自己没有朋友，父母亲都已去世，在日本还有一些亲戚。

在广州流浪多年后，2008年，吕哲明找到广州市救助站寻求帮助，市救助站对于他说的外国人身份和经历十分重视，立即给予救助，并多方查找和寻求证实他的身份，但是由于他的所有有效证件全部遗失，本人又说不出太多的有价值信息，寻访工作进入了“死胡同”。吕哲明无奈只能在救助站里一呆就是4年，成为站里滞留时间最长的流浪救助人员。
困境：没有任何证件可证明其身份；日语说不清楚，汉语又不太会说；困守救助站长达4年。

2008年，吕哲明刚刚来到救助站，站里就联系了日本驻广州领事馆，但对方答复无法核实此人确切信息。
吕哲明告诉记者，他的父亲吕照雄祖籍广东中山市，1970年东渡日本，1972年在日本横滨生下了他。2001年他来到广州，在暨南大学华文学院求学，大半年后退学，然后在外面租房住。后来护照过期并丢失，回不了日本，他就来到广州市救助站求助。
救助站曾向出入境管理处查询，答复是没有此人的入境记录。
吕哲明说自己的父亲叫吕照雄，是广东中山人，1970年来到日本。但救助站在中山市未核查到其父的户籍信息。
据市救助站有关负责人介绍，吕哲明于2008年2月27日来到市救助站，救助站立即帮助他联系了日本方面，但是日本驻广州领事馆答复无法核实此人确切信息。而后救助站再根据吕哲明所述致电广州暨南大学华文学院，华文学院经过查找，找到了曾教过吕哲明的一位老师。老师说对他有印象，但是学校方面也找不到他的入学记录。救助站工作人员还向出入境管理处查访，答复是无此人的入境记录。最后，救助站专门派工作人员向中山市了解其父吕照雄的信息，也未查到该人户籍信息。

对于记者的多数问题，他都是摇头，不知是听不懂还是不知道。也有人怀疑，他可能记忆或头脑有问题，谁也不知道，在这么多年的流浪生涯中，他遇到过什么情况。
究竟这是一个真正的日本人，还是只是个梦想出国的“江湖骗子”？一切都还有待我们去确认。
吕哲明长相颇似日本人，举止也很有礼貌，一嘴小胡须，一脸沧桑样。记者不由得联想起曾经风靡一时的“犀利哥”，不过，中国的“犀利哥”在成名后踏上了返乡的路，而吕哲明想要回家，却是困难重重。
