Primary responsibilities

• Identifies and consolidate the needs of respective clients and validate deliverables;
• Gather client requirements and coordinate planning with the Team Manager, ensuring their successful execution;
• Assist the Team Manager with the prioritization of client projects, work estimates and follow up of project progress
• As a SCRUM master: animate Online Team SCRUM meetings, oversee the successful execution of sprints and assist the Team Manager in backlog management.
• Act as the guardian of project management principles in the team.
• Produce regular reports on project status for the Team, GNS Management and clients
• Assist the Team Manager in planning long and short term GNS project priorities, objectives and requirements for the APAC Region
• Ensures the quality delivery of projects and collaborates with the Team Manager on the evolution the services;
• Develop an excellent understanding of client activities and ensure that information is shared within the team;
• Keep clients informed of GNS World projects;
• Collaborates effectively with GNS resources in other regions and domains;
• Maintain constant and consistent communication with clients at all times;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field;
• Excellent knowledge of project management techniques (traditional &Agile);
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Project Management planning applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft & Linux operating systems, routing and telecommunications, enterprise storage systems, data center operations.
• Understanding of Online principles, such as: web architecture platforms, three tier applications and online multiplayer gaming.
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent management and leadership skills;
• Demonstrated understanding of budgeting;
• Demonstrated understanding of change management processes.
