Application Developer （西安）
职位描述：
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working closely with the application development team other IT function teams to develop /or sustain local or overseas projects
- Providing support to decision making, document management, collaboration, work flow
- Responsible for the daily tasks which include the different phases of software product life cycle from analysis, design, development, test deployment support
- Customizing delivering end user solutions as per agreed timeline with the customer
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). Additional qualifications include:
- Highly self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide effective, hs on technical leadership in a results oriented team environment
- Ability to work in a globally dispersed team environment
- Strong project management experience with Capability Maturity Model integration (CMMi)
- Strong technical background on cutting edge Web Internet development technologies in the Microsoft development environment in: Windows 2000, XP or 2003, Object Oriented methodology with Dot Net Framework, C#, VB, Java, ASP, DHTML, JavaScript, ADO/ADO.net, Microsoft SQL 2000
- Experience on COM with C++, Office VBA programming, Linux /or Unix programming would be an added advantage.
